About Danielle

Hi! My name is Danielle Cardot and I was born and raised in the Pacific NW. I left for 14 years to travel and learn about other cultures and communities, but was always drawn back to my home town of Eugene. I have been involved in real estate personally for the last 16 years, rehabbing and updating neglected homes. I was brought up in a family of electricians and contractors with an understanding of the value in real estate investing and renovations. I have rehabbed a Victorian home and built a successful restaurant within, renovated several personal homes as well as running a successful remodeling busines since 2022. I bring a keen eye for potential and investment opportunity to the table. My desire is to help real estate clients find their best future - whether that is in an investment property or their forever home.

 I became a broker in to help others find their truest potential in the real estate market. I am excited to meet new clients and guide them through the buying and selling process, while helping them to navigate any challenges or obstacles.

I attended Oregon State University, the Universita per Stranieri in Siena, Italy and graduated from the University of Oregon. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Romance Languages (French and Italian) with a minor in Business Administration. I also worked as a paralegal for 5 years in NYC and later ran my own successful restaurant for another 5 years, before selling it to move back to Oregon and start my family and real estate career. My skills in language, communication, business, customer service and renovations give me a unique insight into inter-personal communications and business management as well as an eye for the potential in challenging and outdated properties. My real-life experience has made me uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers in today’s fast paced and often unpredictable market.

 I am married to the love of my life and live in Eugene with my husband, our three amazing children, 4 adored fur babies and too many houseplants. I spend my free time playing with my family, digging in the dirt and working on my photography.
